Want your kids to take on more responsibility when it comes to food prep? Click here to see all the recipes in my Kids in the Kitchen series, then allow them to do a little work while you sit down for a minute….what a concept!
This very simple peanut butter fruit dip took a whole 2 minutes for my 5 year old to make, with a bit of measuring help from her big sister. They completely devoured it and especially loved it with apples. I love how healthy it is and packed with protein as a bonus. We ran out of fruit before the dip was gone, but that was only an excuse for the little fingers to plunge into the bowl. Go for it little minions of mine 🙂 We had a bit of leftover dip the next day so I got creative and spread a glob of it over myLow Carb Pancakes.….heaven, I tell you!
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and serve with your favorite fruit! Store up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge.
