This very simple peanut butter fruit dip took a whole 2 minutes for my 5 year old to make, with a bit of measuring help from her big sister. They completely devoured it and especially loved it with apples. I love how healthy it is and packed with protein as a bonus. We ran out of fruit before the dip was gone, but that was only an excuse for the little fingers to plunge into the bowl. Go for it little minions of mine 🙂
We had a bit of leftover dip the next day so I got creative and spread a glob of it over my Low Carb Pancakes.….heaven, I tell you!
