Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

2 flour tortillas

3 tablespoons marinara sauce

1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese

1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese

12 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Adjust the oven rack to the second level highest level under your broiler.
  2. Arrange two flour tortillas on an oven-safe cooling rack placed inside a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes until the tortillas are dark brown. 
  4. Flip the tortillas over. Spread the sauce evenly between the two tortillas. Top with fresh parmesan and mozzarella cheese, then the pepperoni.
  5. Return to the oven and broil until the edges of the tortilla browns and the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes. Serve.

Notes

For a healthier version, use turkey pepperoni and low-fat mozzarella cheese.

Air fryer directions: assemble the tortilla pizza without toasting one side of it. Place the uncooked pizza into the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, or until toasted.
