- 2 C water
- 2/3 C milk
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 4Tb brown sugar
- 4 Tb honey
- 2 C whole rolled oats
- 1 C rolled oats, ground in food processor or blender
- 2 pckg instant yeast
- 2 Tb vital wheat gluten
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 C whole wheat flour
- 3 C bread flour
Instructions
- Lightly spray a half sheet pan with nonstick spray. Roll the dough into 35 pieces, about the size of a large golf ball. Place on the greased pan. Let the rolls rise for 90 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once the oven is hot, bake the rolls for 20 minutes. Serve warm or store leftovers in an airtight container.
