Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup water

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 cup frozen peaches

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons slivered almonds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, water, and salt in a microwave safe cereal bowl. Add the peaches and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Use spoon to cut peaches into smaller pieces.
  2. Add milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and almonds. Mix well and serve.
