Light & Healthy Yogurt Fruit Dip

Yogurt fruit dip that is healthy, easy and light!  It is only two ingredients and taste perfect with all your favorite fruits.


  • 8 ounce container of Cool Whip (I use Light, Fat Free or Sugar Free)
  • 6 ounce container of light raspberry yogurt


  1. Allow the Cool Whip to soften in the fridge and then in a medium bowl, mix together both ingredients until smooth. Cover and return to the fridge for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite fresh fruits. I especially like bananas and strawberries with this dip!
