1 (5-ounce) container coconut Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mashed fresh mango
Zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons honey
1 seedless watermelon cut into strips
1-2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, mango, lime zest, and honey in a medium bowl. Set aside
- Use a large chef’s knife to remove the peel from the outside of the watermelon. Cut into 3/4 inch slices, then take each slice and cut into fries. Sprinkle with kosher salt, toss, and serve with the dip.
