- Spray a coffee mug with nonstick spray and add the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Use a fork to mix together until combined. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, then mix well again with the fork. Return to the microwave for another 30 seconds to finish cooking. **Microwave times will vary depending on the strength of your microwave.
