5 from 1 review

A quick and delicious homemade salad dressing that lasts for weeks in the fridge!

  • Total Time: 8
  • Yield: 2 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 C apple cider vinegar

1 Tb dijon mustard

1/2 small red onion

1 tsp kosher salt

1 Tb poppy seeds

6 Tb agave nectar

3/4 C extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

In your blender, place all the ingredients except for the olive oil.  Blend on high until everything is smooth.  Reduce the blender to a medium speed and slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified.  Don’t rush this step or you won’t end up with a creamy dressing. Store any leftover dressing in a container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
