2 large eggs
Generous pinch of kosher salt
Pinch of black pepper
Nonstick spray or butter
Instructions
- Grease your medium nonstick skillet with either nonstick spray or a dab of butter.
- Heat the skillet over medium high heat until the pan is hot. Be sure to not let the grease smoke and burn.
- Add your eggs into the skillet and sprinkle the salt and pepper over the top.
- Cook until the edges of the whites are starting to brown and the bottom of the yolk is beginning to firm up, about 2-3 minutes.
- Using either a spatula or the pan itself, flip the egg over and continue to cook for 1-2 more minute.
- Remove from the pan and serve.
