- 2 C low fat or skim milk
- 1/3 C cocoa powder
- 2/3 C sugar
- 2 Tb corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, combine milk, cocoa, sugar and corn syrup. Whisk together and heat over medium-high heat until it simmers, stirring frequently. This takes about 10-15 minutes so be patient and keep stirring.

Remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Pour hot liquid into your molds and freeze overnight
