Healthy Grilled Peaches

Description

An easy 10 minute dessert that is healthy, while tasting completely indulgent!


Ingredients

2 peaches, firm but ripe

1/2 tablespoon salted butter

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to high.
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove pit.
  3. Melt butter in the microwave then stir in the cinnamon. Brush mixture all over the cut peach halves. 
  4. Place on hot grill, flesh side down and reduce heat to medium. Grill for 4-5 minutes, then turn to the skin side and grill another 4-5 minutes until peach is hot and tender. Serve immediately with ice cream, whipped cream, or a soft cheese if desired.
