2 peaches, firm but ripe
1/2 tablespoon salted butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to high.
- Cut peaches in half and remove pit.
- Melt butter in the microwave then stir in the cinnamon. Brush mixture all over the cut peach halves.
- Place on hot grill, flesh side down and reduce heat to medium. Grill for 4-5 minutes, then turn to the skin side and grill another 4-5 minutes until peach is hot and tender. Serve immediately with ice cream, whipped cream, or a soft cheese if desired.
