  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1/4 C butter, softened
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 C white sugar
  • 1/2 C instant potato flakes
  • 3 C bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Select Light settings.
  3. Press start.
