Halloween Brownies

Super easy Halloween treat idea that the kids can help you decorate!

Ingredients

Scale

1 box brownie mix, or homemade recipe

16 ounce tub vanilla frosting

Gel food coloring

Chocolate sprinkles

Candy eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Grease and line your brownie pan with parchment paper. Prepare the box of brownies according to the package directions. Cool in the fridge until cold. Remove the brownies using the parchment paper and cut them into 12 even pieces.
  2. Remove the lid and foil top off the tub of frosting. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well and continue to heat in 10-second intervals until runny. Divide into smaller bowls and color with the gel.
  3. Dip or drizzle the end of each brownie with the colored frosting. Place on wax paper or parchment paper. Add eyes and sprinkles. Let dry for 15 minutes until the frosting hardens. Serve.

Notes

Feel free to use any color of gel or sprinkles that you think would be cute!
