5 from 2 reviews

Only two simple ingredients for the absolutely perfect grilled pork chop every time!

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 6 chops 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pound boneless pork loin roast
  • 4 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Cut pork loin into 1 – 1 1/2 inch chops then sprinkle salt on both sides of the chops.
  3. Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side, until they reach an internal temperature of 145 – 150 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Do not overcook your chops or they will be dry! You want them with a hint of pink on the inside.
