  • 1 C baby spinach, very tightly packed
  • ~ 1/2 C ice
  • ~ 1/2 C unsweetened coconut almond milk
  • 2 Tb ground flax or chia seed
  • 1 small clementine
  • 1/2 C chopped mango
  • 1/2 C chopped pineapple


  1. Place the spinach and ground flax seed in your blender. Fill a one cup measuring cup with ice, then fill with the coconut almond milk over the ice. Add to the blender, put on the cover then blend for 45 seconds or until spinach is completely smooth. Add the fresh fruit and blend for another 45 seconds. Serve immediately!
