1 C peanut butter

1 C sugar

1 C corn syrup

6 C rice crispy cereal

1 C semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

In a large microwave safe bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high for three minutes until the mixture boils fully. Mix well again.

Add the cereal and mix to thoroughly coat. Press firmly into a lightly greased 9×13″ pan.

Melt the chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir until smooth and spread evenly over the bars. Allow the chocolate to become firm before cutting. You can put the pan in the fridge to quicken this process.
