1 large sweet potato, washed and cut into 16 wedges
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
pinch black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Serve with Restaurant Style Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together all the ingredients until the wedges are evenly coated in the oil and seasonings.
- Add the wedges to the hot air fryer basket. Spread into a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes then use tongs to turn over each wedge.
- Cook for another 5 minutes then serve immediately.
Notes
You can add a dash of cinnamon to the seasoning as well to increase the sweetness profile.
