1 pound red potatoes
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Cut the potatoes into similar sized pieces. For red potatoes, that usually means cutting them into 4-6 pieces. Pieces should be about a 1/2 to 1 inch in size.
- Place the cut potatoes in a bowl with the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coast the potatoes in the seasonings.
- Add the potatoes to the hot air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 18 – 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cook time.
