Ingredients

1 pound red potatoes

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the potatoes into similar sized pieces. For red potatoes, that usually means cutting them into 4-6 pieces. Pieces should be about a 1/2 to 1 inch in size.
  3. Place the cut potatoes in a bowl with the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coast the potatoes in the seasonings.
  4. Add the potatoes to the hot air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 18 – 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cook time.
