Air Fryer Potatoes

Ready in 20 minutes and the best roasted potatoes recipe you’ve ever had!

Ingredients

1 pound cubed russet or gold potatoes

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 clove fresh garlic, finely minced

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to be sure each potato is evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the basket of your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  3. Pour the potatoes into the hot basket and cook at 400 degrees for 9 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket well and cook at 400 degrees for another 9-12 minutes. The amount of time will depend on the power level of your air fryer as well as how brown you like your roasted potatoes.

Notes

This recipe was written using a 1500-watt machine. If you have a  1300-watt, you will need longer time to cook and less time if you have a 1700-watt.

If you want to make this recipe with onions, simply slice half a small onion and add it in with the potatoes before adding the oil and seasonings.
