1 Russet potato, cut into 8–10 wedges
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch of black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients until each wedge is evenly coated in oil and seasonings.
- Evenly space the wedges in the basket of your air fryer. You want them in a single layer and space around each one so they will evenly brown and get crispy.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Use tongs to turn over each potato wedge and cook for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve immediately.
Notes
This recipe was written using a 1500-watt machine. If yours is 1300-watt, you will need a longer cooking time. If it is 1700-watt, then less.
If you want to add cheese to your finished potatoes, add a couple tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the finished potatoes before serving.
