Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Ready in just a few minutes and perfectly crispy every time!

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 Russet potato, cut into 810 wedges

2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Pinch of black pepper

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients until each wedge is evenly coated in oil and seasonings.
  3. Evenly space the wedges in the basket of your air fryer. You want them in a single layer and space around each one so they will evenly brown and get crispy.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  5. Use tongs to turn over each potato wedge and cook for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe was written using a 1500-watt machine. If yours is 1300-watt, you will need a longer cooking time. If it is 1700-watt, then less.

If you want to add cheese to your finished potatoes, add a couple tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the finished potatoes before serving.
