Ingredients

Scale

2 frozen filets of salmon (with or without skin)

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees. Place the frozen salmon filets into the basket of the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes to allow the fish to begin to thaw.
  2. Mix together the oil, lemon, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Use a pastry brush and spread all the seasoning mixture over the top of both filets.
  4. Return to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Until the flesh is opaque in the center and flakes easily.
