Ready in 30 minutes with perfectly crispy skin and fluffy interior!

  • Total Time: 31 minutes
  • Yield: 1 potato 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Russet potato

1/8 teaspoon canola oil

Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the potato and thoroughly dry it.
  2. Drizzle the potato with the oil and rub it over the skin to cover it.
  3. Sprinkle generously with kosher salt and place in the basket of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn the potato over.
  5. Cook for another 10-2o minutes. Time depends on the size of your potato and the power level of your air fryer.
  6. As soon as you remove the potato from the air fryer, pierce the top with a fork to keep the skin crispy and to keep the inside from overcooking and drying out. Don’t skip this important last step!

Notes

You can easily cook more than one potato at a time. Just be sure you leave enough space between the potatoes inside the air fryer basket so the hot air can easily move around each potato.
